What draft range?
There’s nothing black and white about this kid.
Goal kicking nous? He kicked 6.3 from 14 games.
Not sure I’d be considering goal kicking a strength
I’d like us to take Nguyen as a cat b or late pick and use him as that small pressure forward like Darcy jones does for gws.
Nguyen is tough, quick and has good skills, that roost from fifty for a goal in the vfl was pretty sharp aswell

Yeah sorry i mean scores from turnovers i think we were low on, but haven’t checked. Inside 50s have been a pleasant surprise this year.
Oh i thought i read he was a small forward, not sure why we’d be after him then.
I mean, that would be pretty good if he was playing off the half back line each week (I have no idea what position he plays)

I would’ve said 20 - 30 but after VFL I’d take him with our first pick if no one has bid on kako.
He just has that knack of putting himself in the right spots and the stuff you can’t teach
If next year it’s 5 on the bench rather than having the stupid sub rule I think it will be pretty easy to have two rucks and still have a mobility in the forward line. Being able to change the forward dynamic mid game will be much easier.

What are we even doing here?? Malakai Champion has had a difficult season, he’ll be a late round pick, and you’re talking about taking him at pick 8?
I suppose picking him at 8 might be one way of getting the eagles to not match a bid… sounds like a cunning plan.
