The Arizona Trip

With regards to benefits of altitude training I’d expect you’d have approximately 3-4 months of direct benefits (life span of a red blood cell which would be produced in increased amounts at lower oxygen levels) which would facilitate the ability to crack in harder during the preseason. Whilst its benefit may not directly impact the actual playing season I’d anticipate the increased capacity to train through the pre-season would have atleast a degree of benefit come round one.

If the Reddog wants starburst you better believe the Reddog is getting starburst.

Threatened the store manager with a Ginnivan style rundown headlock and everything.

I’d imagine a trip like this for an AFL player could be claimed on tax (or a proportion thereof). It is definitely an expenditure relevant to their employment.

Heard he was going with SpaceX

Surely he had chips in as well?

Should book them in again for the bye week. That was when it all fell apart this year.

Any player could tackle that annoying little pie-hawk shitt with a force capable of removing his annoying little head from his shoulders, but only Red Dog can do it and not give away a free.
Legend Moment.

And the bonding as a team together 24/7, when you don’t have the distraction of your private life

To me this trip seems as much about connection as a group and investment in the drive to get better.
They’ll make incremental gains in fitness that might not have otherwise been there, but moreover hopefully with a shared drive and support they’ll learn and develop some mental toughness that will help them push themselves beyond their own perceived physical limits.

Is the Kokoda track still a thing with clubs?

May have been, that’s not the long haul flight.
That’s just the MAX9 Dom flight by the looks

Come in @Aceman
