I went to a preview session of a play on Saturday night and the director got up in front of the audience at the start of the show and reminded us that this was just a preview and that there would probably be mistakes and that they were still sorting things out and to please be patient. I reckon the MCG should hire this guy as MC for Saturday arvo.
