I’ve had a bit to do with her over the years and personally don’t have an issue with her. Sure we have had some disagreements but that’s just commonplace in the industry. I do know of other staff who don’t necessarily agree with my thoughts though.
Catrina was my former boss. She is a very nice person and also had time for the little person well down the food chain.

My area of work never had an issue with her ,and she always made time to come out and listen to the people on the floor

I remember her from her Jetstar days when she ran Customer. If she doesn’t make a good board member she’s tall enough to play CHF. Probably has more guts than most on the list.

Yep they should, or you would get a Board of thick head ex Players, and we have had some real duds because of that.

In fairness we often just quickly see if a past player is nominating and vote them in with little business acumen or history of strong football governance.

Looks younger than 53, and fit and healthy, not like most of the blokes on the Board.
She did rupture her Achilles tendon in about 2019, so she will really fit into Essendon.
