Saw her as well. She was great. Went to an Improv Murder Mystery show too which was good fun. My wife and baby came home all upset from Arj Barker show. Not surre what happened though…

I see Sam Campbell every year. Favourite comic on earth. His show had previously been at a small bar, this year at the Athenaeum (clearly taskmaster has given him greater exposure). It was a bit less whacky then he would usually bre (and definitely not as good as last year), probably due to the changing nature of his audience, but still great.
Continuing on the taskmaster theme I also saw John Kearns and Fern Brady.
John was the standout by a mile, one of the best comedy shows I’ve ever seen. Only 50 odd people in a small room, very intense environment. For those not familiar, John plays a character, tells stories and interacts heavily with the audience. Some of the best audience interaction I’ve seen. 5/5
I like Fern but her show was pretty forgettable. That said, I’m not that enamoured with more traditional standup. Really like the weirdos who mix it up.
