We crashed there one night after driving all the way from Bowen (27 hours non-stop).
Goanna were playing downstairs. Slept through the whole thing we were that knackered.
I would love to see Massive Attack in principle, but the idea of seeing them at a sit-down stadium gig leaves me cold.

The ‘genre’ is not really my thing but Teardrop got me into them years ago and I do appreciate their work. Rod Laver wouldn’t be too bad, but a smaller forum gig would be sublime.

And this festival keeps it reputation of asembling the weirdest lineups you ever wanna see, although maybe not as weird as previous years. Choirboys is a nice touch.
Hopefully Millencolin do a side show.

Not sure Grinspoon will be playing - Phil Jamieson took a tumble in a recent solo show and fractured his back.
I see the teenyboppers are nicely covered with Simple Plan and All American Rejects. I saw Simple Plan play a free gig in the snow at Whistler about 20 years ago. Not my style of music at all, but they were reasonably entertaining as far as that sort of radio-friendly kiddie-emo-punk stuff goes.
A few bands in that line-up that I didn’t realise were still going.
