Sri Lanka and Sri Lankans are definitely the classiest bunch on the Subcontinent.

Ah fk, nothing to watch tomorrow.

These damn Aussie test sides are just too good.

Good call.

Wow that’s a capitulation. Was out for the afternoon. I get home and both matches are done. Great bowling performances to get the 20 wickets by both men and women.

Yeah you gotta love cummdog.

This might be a weird comment…but does Smith have a strange shaped torso?

He’s built like a run machine.

outstanding vibes on the two wins happening about a minute apart

There is the 12 hour enduro on at Bathurst. Starts early at 5.30.

That King girl can play cricket though.

If she can develop a flipper, or a wrong 'un, she will absolutely dominate.

If she can develop both of those she will fully deserve to dominate.

Do we “rest” Murphy and debut Connolly for a taste? “Rest” Webster for Konstas to blood more youth?

Both good thoughts. I don’t think they’ll change the team

Can you play someone who does not have a first class wicket to his name.

14 years since we won a series in Sri Lanka and this will be the last chance for many to ever do it. We won’t be letting up and I dare say the same team will take the field barring injury

Agree, I think the team remains the same for the second test. The WTC final though will be very interesting, Green back, probably Konstas opening again. Someone will be unlucky

Wrapping up the result a couple of days early gives all players extra rest. I expect them to be fresh and roaring to go by Thursday. I have appreciated the aerial view over Galle.

It’s a beautiful setting with the old fort and water nearby

I think it’s no surprise that Smith’s resurgence has coincided with Labuschagne’s abhorrent form.
Smith has always dominated when our no.3 is useless, and he can occupy the crease and take his time.
I don’t he has ever been that good when he’s required to up the run rate, he becomes impatient and extra fidgety at the crease and gets out early.

Define extra.
