I stuck around for a bit longer, long enough to see Root go for a golden duck. At that stage l knew England were in trouble, but l didnât know how much. I thought if Stokes could come in and make a quick fire 50, it would swing the game back Englandâs way, but it wasnât to be. India winning was not a surprise, but the margin was. Poms are playing without any heart, l mean their bats arenât.
Same goes for NZ.
Fun fact: NZ sit only behind Australia for the team with the most ODI WC wins. Amazing that theyâve never been able to win it.

Wouldnât surprise me if Mott is axed as soon as the tournament is finished. Something has clearly gone wrong in the camp- none of the players look like they care one bit
