I see a kid having fun with the crowd a lot, getting them going and excited. Is that a bad thing? He didn’t really say anything wrong to Bumrah either as others have posted above.
Confused by this “smart mouth” stuff people keep going on about.
He’s just a young guy full of confidence and not willing to just back down and take what’s being dished up to him from the other side. He’s been about the only one willing to take it up to Bumrah, all the others just meekly get out to him.
People want personality, youth and excitement into the team and then when they turn up they tell them to shut up and sit down. Goodness me people are fickle.
