Looking at Starc and Cummins, I am not sure they will enforce the follow-on if they have the chance, they look buggered.

I think the opportunity, even if we just now get this last wicket, for enforcing the follow on has passed. The bowlers have bowled 74 overs. They will need more of a rest, especially with Hazelwood out.
