The Glorious Gold Coast

Congratulations, if that is the right word. Will you be playing the trumpet now, you ex-RC ?

thanks for the headsup minion. we’ll be right over to mess those up too.

No trumpet playing for me, although l am partial to some well-played brass. You are right, l am ex-RC, very ex.

It also appears that we are not right in Coolongatta, but are actually in Robina, so in the same neighbourhood, l guess.

Robina, closer to Broadbeach than Coolangatta, but just inland a bit. Blues on Broadbeach next month should be good - possibly the best thing that ever happened on the GC (aside from surf).

Easter long weekend looking terrific. It’s been an ordinary week of weather this week. At least when it’s gloomy it’s not cold.

Sunshine Coat has been wet, wet, wet also…but not cold. We’re also looking forward to the sunny days ahead.

Perfect timing. I leave Sat and then I’m back on Wednesday. What are the odds of it turning to ■■■■ again?

Pretty short I reckon.

You have nothing to be concerned about, it will be a sunny long weekend :+1:

I’m sure tradies in Melbourne duck in for a quick remedial massage after a day on the tools…

Ours are all at the pub by 4pm at the latest. On Friday that creeps back to 1pm at the latest

Our tradies work day varies according to the surf report

Our tradies work very long days and procure materials at the best, no nonsense rates. Sadly this is only because they’re all busy building their own waterfront houses and only available for fleecing wealthy people on renos otherwise.

Every available parking spot taken up by a tradie’s ute/van/trailer/whatever.
Consistent with every city in Australia… massage parlour or otherwise…
