Hey Henry I agree. But players like Zerk, Draper, Francis and Stewart are not being given opportunities whilst other older players continued to be carried. Francis who is a real talent has only played about 30 games in 5 years. They should be fast-tracking his development.

If you are going to continue to play a forwardline full of midgets, then the midfield has to be held accountable MORE, or at all for lacking of getting it in there properly.
and anyone who isn’t doing what they should be, needs to be dropped.
I get it might be about teaching them to play a certain way, but at present it’s not working because they keep kicking it high and long.
that surely can’t be the gameplan, to bomb it high and long to mckernan and the midget brigade and think it’s gonna be richmond mk2.
on the flipside of that, if the mckernan is the main forward he needs to start being judged as such, and if he’s not performing as a kpf then he needs to be dropped.
none of this oh but he’s a backup ruck, nah richmond ran with grieg as their second option, they didn’t use revolt as the backup ruckman and move him out of the fwd 50 for big chunks of games.
but the thing is, you can’t keep going the same way it is, cos it’s not working, midfielders aren’t delivering it the way they should, and there’s no one that can dominate in the air, it’s pointless.

It’s a disgrace to the supporters of this club and the players that could accommodate spots, Brown would of been in this week if he was still listed and can’t get a game for Melbourne, but we have Stewart ready for over a month. wouldn’t be surprised if he requests a trade like Hartley.
