Yeh, but here in Melbourne its probably more miserable outside the house than inside watching the Bombers. Pretend its like 2016, when you knew things were bad, but could only get better.

Looking at the Crows form, aside from Freo, weād likely perform very similar against the teams theyāve played. Maybe weād get closer to Gold Coast. Swans loss was by less than a kickā¦
I canāt see us beating Port, Brisbane, St Kilda or West Coast either.
I donāt have a high opinion of our team this year.
I would have a lot more confidence in a tram beating them than in us beating them

Im not sure my choice of words is right here but i work in an office building that overlooks a major tram line.
Its amazing to watch the amount of people on foot, bike, cars and just about anything else just not pay attention around Trams

Itās worse than that. We havenāt even given him a full senior preseason game. Last 5 minutes at Geelong last year if all heās had (and he looked good too). Weāve preferred all those guys you mentioned over him in preseason. Fark me I was furious when he did his knee in the seconds last year while we were getting torched in the ruck in the ones. Sums up the last two decades of conservative mediocrity

The only thing that gives me any confidence today is that Essington usually graces the field when this place is in lid off mode.
Iām expecting a completely uninspiring win today which vindicates the coachesā selection decisions so that they roll the same team into the lions who will annihilate us.
