I got a new mitre saw. I can cut wood all day.
Its fun trying to cut tissue thickness. So thin the slice just crumbles in your hand.

Getting closer to finishing off building drawer number two for the table saw table. Much tighter tolerances this time. I could also put a face layer on like you would have on your inside furniture. May do so just to try it out. Handles TBC.
Please ignore the chip on the bottom. I will clean that up soon. Do take notice of the flip out side board for larger cuts of wood. I do also have one out the back for the outfeed as well 
Also tried to use the router for the first time. Not as scary as I thought it would be. Check out that dado cut!
Now to find something to make to use that technique

Mum also went to the hospital where dad got his treatment for cancer. Saw all the nurses and his doctors. She made some hand made bags for them and I framed a picture for his doctor who liked astro photography. They were all most pleased as they rarely see the family again once the patient is gone.
We made a lot of people happy and hopefully that continues to rub off on the patients.

Seeing as how this is the positive thread, one positive is that none of them are myself as I am much more handsome.
I stole the kids jelly beans and was eating them on the couch. Unfortunately I dropped a few and couldn’t find them in the couch but i managed to dig out a few hairclips and $4 SGD.
