25 years old and just won the Magarey Medal easily. Built like Marcus Marigliani but seems to have a bit more speed and a raking left foot. Interested to hear from those that watch regular SANFL.

Desperation. They are in a hell of a hole for 2026, with only one early ish pick and a bucket of key retirements.
More likely that’s the starting point, and it ends up (eg) 22 plus our 2026 third for their 2026 first, or something along those lines.
We have seen some ridiculous trades from club’s bringing picks forward a year.
Clubs simply aren’t patient enough.
I’ve said many times we should look to go the other way every single year, trade back to the year after to take advantage of that desperation.
Apart from that first year (which we’ve already done) you don’t experience any hurt trading back anyway, cos you already have a surplus of picks each year from doing it the year prior. Rinse and repeat.
We would perpetually get extra looks, or higher looks at the draft than everyone else.
So I’m all aboard this idea. Hopefully Rosa is too.
