Definitely a Z3 bogan. And my Cliffy rant/dust up with the venerable Up is some of my finest DJ King work - along with creating multiple cabals and my epic diss of gin.
Running on fumes here, but I have a pretty decent handle on who span what, so without further ado.
Agnelli & Nelson - Everyday (5 votes). Much prefer their late-90s work (think El Nino) to their recent stuff. And because I have a soft spot for Klawdy.
Luttrell - Windowscene (4 votes). Great to see Ana back with us. Nice little number to see out an Ibiza party. I dig it.
Silverchair - Black Tangled Heart (3 votes). It would break Swoodâs heart to see a band he enjoys failing to score a single vote in the first round of Blond DJ. Our elder statesman deserves better and I am here with sympathy to help him. Onya, Swoods. Donât give up, mate.
Sebadoh - Skull (2 votes). One of those bands I havenât heard for ages. Such a left field choice could only be from someone as eccentric (in a good way) as my top mate, Socks.
Magazine - Give Me Everything (1 vote). Prolly the best pure song in Blond DJ, but you have enough votes already. Hard to pick the DJ here. Iâm leaning with Hambo or Vander, but it could be a few others as well.
Nice one, Up, with the Cliffy song - but that is stinky garbage - hence its appeal to gin swillers such as Hambo. SMJ is not fly for a white guy. Freaks, The Yabba and Happy Idiot are easily the most overrated songs thus far in terms of voting. What dross.
