I was all ready to finish his set, but I actually enjoyed it. A minute and a half, didn’t overstay it’s welcome, and reminded me of the sort of thing I might have seen some band who didn’t normally play in that style throw into their set at that punters or even at the arthouse back in the day.

The only time american music and skating worked well was Deeper Shade of Soul or Pennywise’s Same Old Story but even that was a bit too Blink 182.
Dead Kennedys absolutely rocked the Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater soundtrack.
