Apologies all, had to attend a work function. Got there and the boss said “any alcohol you want, go for it”. Can’t read as I’m trying to type this on my phone on the tram home.

I nominate @swoodley as my successor.

If anyone will provide an antidote to culture club, I believe it’s Swoods.

And given I’m drunk on expensive wine and various Japanese spirits (paging @JohnRain), I will admit to the culture club album with the war song being the first non “various artists” album I owned.

Back in the day when a very young child I lived Karma Chameleon (I can remember being on a grade 4 excursion to the Botanic gardens and we were all running around singing that song). So for Christmas my Grandmother got me the Culture Club album. But somehow it ended up being this culture club album.

Still, I will always love this song.

The avatar can wait until I can actually focus though…
