The Reigning Dj King (Mk XIII) is @nobody...it's Blonde DJ Time again with @mrjez being at his divisive best (Part 1)

Ha! It’s actually an empty aluminium box which had lollies in it…

Well done on finishing where you did. It was a cracking track and yes the rules did say that repeats were ok. There was also no rule about treating repeats with extreme prejudice. Which is where we ended up.

Chin up old chap…Hopefully we all get another crack at glory in the near future.

I’ve heard the dark web is a nasty place…but that is all kinds of ****ed up.

I heard it on there a couple of weeks ago but only heard (or noted) SHM. Little did I know that Fred was going to be my new love affair.

Congrats @chewy_boy on the win, a good song to win it with. Also, thanks @swoodley for running a great show. I heard a solid handful of songs for the first time that are now safely tucked away in my library. Cheers.

And sorry @wimmera1 , next time, for sure.

Loved the Wedding Present @chewy_boy, particularly like the prominence of the bass in the mix but they’re a cracking band all around. Heard it on the radio a couple of weeks ago and thought I should follow up, thanks for doing it for me.

Airborne Toxic Event was OK too. Have a double yes.

I’m having major withdrawals from this thread.

That’s a no from me but happy to argue semantics about what genre it is

Monday morning bump.

Noticed this morning some Meredith 30 posters about, got me doing some calcs. Realised that frosty making the Age sitting on an Esky at Meredith in 1995 was closer to Woodstock than it was to Meredith 2022.

Oh dear…

Since i recently had a few spins. I’m opting to strut off into the distance.
Reward the bearer of the Spotify mix…which was an excellent addition.
@cummy_scant

See if he can get some of his Outlaw/Rock/country tunes a spinning & a people a talking.

Thanks @chewy_boy let me have a flick through the old library for something to win y’all over on the country front.

And thanks for that last video ‘struttin’ which I just played on a busy train with my headphones in, so just a man in asslass chaps slapping his behind

I’m thoroughly enjoying a Melbourne folk (arguably country) artist named Kyle Brew, his EP ‘smoking on the john’ is well worth a listen through, probably on a sunny Sunday arvo driving long and windy country roads but you do you.

Here is him performing the song god dam, I hope you enjoy it
