So you would probably have to listen to all the music first to judge that opinion or do you judge an artist/band on first listen of one song…genuine question
I’ll listen to a song and if I like it I’ll usually check out more of their music and/or read up a little bit about them so I have some idea of what they’re about.
There’s plenty of artists out there I generally don’t like but will still a few songs I enjoy.
There’s no hard or fast rules with this stuff. It’s art. You like it or you don’t.
