Try this. We had @Lifetime_ban doing an incredible job in the early years tracking every song.
You’ve done a killer job, breathing life into the game that hasn’t existed for quite some time. Now some guy has kicked you out and the thread will go back to being dead boring and we can all blame that one gu… oh.
Wheres the song farken???
“Favourites” is a fraught term. You could play the best track of all time and it would be voted out before your page had refreshed.
Exhausted all of the classic sob stories is more notable…
Well I’m more than happy to go again soon…
I did try to pick some rarities (except foreigner) and I think all were pre 2020.
Speak for yourself.
Well done @Maxx for breathing some life back into the thread. You got some banter going and even coerced a “lover’s tiff” from Doggy and Swoods. So, since you’ve insisted, here’s a dedication from Bluey’s Dad to them…
There’s still heaps in the back catalogue of Wayne stories?
Barely scratched the surface.
Yes
That was better than expected

Yep
I’m still trying to figure who likes what and thought any further in edm would end me. But @Paul_Peos you said you saw timo maas, I was gonna play rippin kittin (nsfw) which came out early 2000s and was a club hit. That would have been my trumpy eating cats and dogs song. Only because I was on acid earlier this year and my partner played it and she could see it was turning me bad and she had to tell me “it’s ok it’s about killing cats look at the title”. I knew the lyrics probably from clubbing but wasn’t entirely sure how I knew.
Yes, topical.

EDM depends on who is in the thread when you play it. You’re guaranteed a no from Swoods, Baker and most likely Doggo, but if Klawdy, KJ and PP2 are around, then it’s a contest.
‘Rave thursday’ used to be a popular staple of this thread, until Swoods cried so much it slowly went away.
Yes 7-0
Soundgarden’s Down On The Upside was mainly Superunknown part two only not quite as good. It certainly had its moments, but they sounded very much like a band trying to make lightning strike twice, rather than taking any significant risks or going on any sudden U-turns.
The one exception is this track, which is easily the album highlight and saw them expanding their horizons somewhat with its very Lennon-esque verses…
This was a huge track at revolver 03/04, love it.
