I clearly remember downloading songs on limewire and chatting on Hotmail thinking I was quite cool playing a few of their songs as your music would appear.
Next song on that album came through and realised that’s the guy from Destroyer. I saw him on a date at the howler.
Yes for the memories and that was just enough to scrap in a yes for the song.

I think I went to that gig and boy did it suck. I got into Kaput albumn and thought he’d be good live, but instead without the full band it was just a self important busker strumming some songs. Was super bored.

Kira wrote a story and song for each one of the DJ’s at the time. Very talented and very cute, but a vote-garnering stunt to be sure. I think they have the record for longest-spin (in number of spins, not length of tenure) but it should possibly have an asterisk…
