The Reigning Dj King (Mk XV) is...@chewy_boy...on victory lap number three after another win in Blonde DJ (Part 1)

Which tends to make most things better

I dabble a bit now in it and that was purely to Tom Bukovac. As a bit of a guitarist his YouTube blog type thing got me into it especially when it comes to adventurous chords and modes that are found in this type of music.

Uncle Larry is a good watch.

You need to hate your life and all forms of authority and conformity, and shoot up heaps of heroin.

That’s what the bands were doing.

And then they all died.

Geez, it drags on a bit. I must have always turned it off early, as I don’t remember so much filler on it. (we are almost talking Razorblade Suitcase levels of filler. Almost)

90’s Grunge singers and WWE stars.

Not many made it out.

Ah, the downside of the CD age. I’ve got 74 minutes to play with, and I’m going to fill every bloody second of it. So many middling-to-decent albums at that time were padded out with 20-30 minutes of filler. They would’ve been spectacular albums if they’d just kept it to 40-45 minutes, and relegated the lesser material to B-sides.

Yeah, most of the second half is a slog.
Tighter & Tighter and No Attention go ok though.

Just noticed the thread title. You can run, but you can’t hide Bakes!

Oh, I’m sure swoods has been champing at the bit to trot that out (he’s been waiting a while… couldn’t tell you when I last had a spin… reckon Rain was still about…)

You give yourself way too much credit.

The title needed changing and that just popped into my head. :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

It’s OK I suppose but Nirvana is still the only grunge band I’ve got time for. Yes

@Doggatron… you want something that will stuff up your Youtube and Google algorithms for a while, try inputting this band… you’ll get some interesting ads coming up for a while (and you might find yourself getting added to some sort of watchlist…)

Starts off like a rough amalgam of Antmusic and Gary Glit–r’s Rock And Roll then launches into a very catchy, upbeat tune…

I can yes that.

Ive found that just playing songs within this thread/forum/pm’s doesnt seem to effect algorithms.

Which is s good thing. Because last ‘NIGHT’ somebody pmd a song by a certain band and I ‘WISH’-ed they hadn’t.

Luckily my algorithm remained unsullied.
