I dabble a bit now in it and that was purely to Tom Bukovac. As a bit of a guitarist his YouTube blog type thing got me into it especially when it comes to adventurous chords and modes that are found in this type of music.
Geez, it drags on a bit. I must have always turned it off early, as I don’t remember so much filler on it. (we are almost talking Razorblade Suitcase levels of filler. Almost)
Ah, the downside of the CD age. I’ve got 74 minutes to play with, and I’m going to fill every bloody second of it. So many middling-to-decent albums at that time were padded out with 20-30 minutes of filler. They would’ve been spectacular albums if they’d just kept it to 40-45 minutes, and relegated the lesser material to B-sides.
Oh, I’m sure swoods has been champing at the bit to trot that out (he’s been waiting a while… couldn’t tell you when I last had a spin… reckon Rain was still about…)
@Doggatron… you want something that will stuff up your Youtube and Google algorithms for a while, try inputting this band… you’ll get some interesting ads coming up for a while (and you might find yourself getting added to some sort of watchlist…)
Starts off like a rough amalgam of Antmusic and Gary Glit–r’s Rock And Roll then launches into a very catchy, upbeat tune…
