Seriously, apart from having a famous name, what has he done to deserve a game?
Where did you here this??
Merrett!! Wasnât he supposed to be out for 8?
One of the tallest key forwards in the game who crashes packs creating ground ball contests and we donât stick our best available crummer at his feet.
Essington.
Itâs a bit more pointed, and at least itâs not Dysâ âyeah nah mate, weâre blue collarâŚyeahâ
Proof will be on Monday.
Yep that was my first thought
(a) desperate times call for desperate measures
(b) it will backfire
Hahahaha, surely youâre not dumb enough to believe that?
?? where did you hear this? As incompetent as X is- even I canât imagine him doing/saying this
Didnât we do something last year that people said âreeks of desperationâ but then it kinda worked out fine?
Genuinely canât recall, but it sounds very familiarâŚ
i read it on www.xaviercampbellsucks.com.au
lol, did you click on the âapologyâ tab at the top?
Generally the more annoyed Blitz is about the changes, the better they work.
Ah now I recall. It was recalling Joe Daniher, who kinda won us the game.
But it was 2 years ago.
I donât rate our high performance team but when have we rushed someone back?
Is this a blitz myth that has gained traction?
I can only think of Snelling against Adelaide
Does them (Stringer and Merret) being named on field basically confirmed theyâre a go? Unsure how it usually goesâŚ
Hope the club know what theyre if theyre bring them back so soonâŚ
Monday 6pm
Narrator: the penny had not dropped
7 news saying out of the two - Stringer is more likely to play.
Is Grundy in doubt?
Same was said initially for Walsh though
Walsh had his injury mid Feb, played rd1 18th March - just over a month. And he was excellent in game albeit played mainly outside mid role.
Merrett 26th March injured, Anzac Day 25th April - a month.
Still seems unlikely but if he already moving laterally at training now and looked sharp as watchers noted heâs a chance
No he is sure stringer will play
