I don’t understand - Myers in and Francis out. Francis is the future and Myers? He should be the past!

Just get games into Francis & Draper, keep Parish in the guts forget Myers, Myers had his chances and just never really taken them.
Also Francis has done more in his last 6 games then Ambrose has done in his whole career, but 1 is fit and 1 isn’t.
I’ve seriously lost faith in the selection panel and coaches.

Francis - omitted. He is not managed, he’s been dropped folks. As @CJohns said, he had trained strongly all week. He’s ready to play. I mean, I’m no selector, but would it not make sense to either play hooker OR Francis forward and drop clarke? Hell, even bring in Draper for Clarke and have belly play more forward. It’s a absolute no brainer, I’m seriously, seriously concerned that the coaches have not seen this.
Francis is too good to be sitting in the VFL. I’m getting real fkn p*ssed off at guys like brown, Myers and belly getting free rides while we make young guys scapegoats.
And apparently baguleys seven touches and one goal is good enough to warrant selection. I dont get it. At all

So why the hell am I crying.
Guelfi played by far his best game of the year last week, finally looked like he could play in defence - dropped for Myers.
We will be a small defender short this week - and Brisbane have the cattle to make that hurt.
Brown - Mckernan
Myers - Mutch
Redman - Francis
Hooker - Guelfi.
If Francis is having a rest (which I hope he is) then I’d have kept Guelfi in and not brought Myers back. Myers only plays one spot, will hurt us.

You can’t tell me there isn’t atleast 1 other spot on the field that Francis can play. Even on 1 leg he could play Baguley’s role.

Contrary to just about everyone I think on the whole the changes are good. We were a KPP short last week and on top of that lost McKernan, so we needed two and we got them in Hooker and Brown. Brown is a good player and shouldn’t have been dropped last week.
Francis has taken a few good marks this year but done little else and I have no problem with him being dropped for Redman.
The only change I don’t like is Myers for Guelfi. The others are good.

We need a backup ruckmen, so either Clarke stays or Draper comes in. No way Bellchambers in current form can ruck solo.

When our final winning drought continues by playing players who aren’t good enough to take us to the next step, someone will be in the firing line.

Man those selections suck
We’re definitely in an awkward spot structurally with Mckernan and Daniher both out injured. One or even both would feature in our ideal setup and form the ruck relief. The whole thing is exacerbated further given Tbell’s clear struggles to get from contest to contest.
