we’re going to do an ess v melb circa 2013 number on these bin chickens, make no mistakes about it.

LIKE.
my take on people’s view of the game is based on HOPE and FEAR combined with optimism we’ll THRASH THEM
I don’t think tonight’s game can be understated in terms of its importance.
Even though they are last, winning on the road is never easy and lets be honest they aren’t the worst team in the comp. They’ve been in every game this year. Normally teams who are last at this time of the year have had 3-4 spankings.
This is such an opportunity to setup our season with a win with a reasonably healthy list and winnable games ahead.
In the past 5 years of our losses to them, the Sydney midfield reigned supreme, humming like a well oiled unit.
Good news is we have yet to lose clearances in 2019. Thats not to say that other indicators of a top midfield have been good, but at least we got first use more often than our opponents or broke even in one case.
Lets see how we go tonight. Sydney have had a shocking I50 differential, (#18 in the AFL) and are #1 for rebound 50s as a consequence. Beat Alir, Rampe and Jake Lloyd and we can thrash Sydney.
Win well and certain results go our way, could end up in the 8 at the end of the round.
Considering it’s round 7 and we have played 3 of the top teams that are clearly a level above everyone else and the pessimism and general complaining is a little unjustified. If we lose tonight then yeah there are concerns, but the game hasn’t been played yet.
Not “overblown” in the slightest.
I was talking about his left side under pressure, which is poor.
He needs to get his hands working more as we now have many fine ball users in that backline by foot.
His right foot is fine but still tries to spear it, unnecessarily at times.
On a long switch, think I’d actually prefer Hookers leg.
Change the thread title then! Sydney Bin Chickens V Essendon.
Perfect Essington setup tonight. I can feel it in the air.

I’m glad someone else other than me said it.
Clearly you guys have taken absolutely no notice of that poster who admonished us all about “Essington”
Shame.
Good teams win in both the wet and dry. Good teams beat the bottom teams. Good teams go interstate and win
Come on Essendon show us what a good team you are
it’s the bin chicken remark that is so perfect.
much more of a Sydney bird than a swan
Chlorine washed?
is bin chickens the Sydney version of Essington.
I like it so much more than shitney
Yeah but we have also won against the 15th and 16th side, so yeah I’m concerned

Yeah but we smashed them… Plus we all know that neither north or melbourne will be bottom 4 comes season’s end
So far I’m not convinced we are playing the right players. Can someone please tell me why say Myers was brought in. Woosha needs to make a statement like Clarkson and drop players no matter how big or small they are.
