Forget that star line-up. I went to the Bulldogs v Brisbane game last weekend (straight after our game). The Brisbane midfield is going to carve up our midfield.

When they have played in the same game they have actually worked well off each other and usually one of them would kick multiple goals. I think it is worth a chance. I really like Laverde and believe he can do really well once he gains his confidence back.

Actually the last time they played together it looked like we were 2 players down whenever we didn’t have the ball

This year we have been fairly consistent. Losers.

I don’t remember that 100 point loss.
Glad I didn’t see that. The 65 point loss in Adelaide wasn’t pretty but Adelaide were at the peak of their powers at that point

I really hope the way we play is that the senior players supporting the younger guys and not the other way round. If youngsters don’t play primary roles then I can’t see them learning too much from the outing.
