There’s a number of reasons Tesla isn’t as profitable. Musk is one reason, but competition in that space is getting far stronger. Tesla only has two vehicles that sell in volume and the cybertruck is starting to tank.

Tesla still sold 1.8 million cars, and probably $7 billion profit is more than most others.
