Silent enforcer monster Solo was one of the worst characters in the E. Not believable at all and cringe. Absolutely the wrong talent for the gimmick.
Delusional goofball mob boss Solo is great. Dude is shining out there for months now with his character work.

It’s funny, for all Punk’s talk about how he is pro women, pro rights etc. he is still going to accept that big pay check by the Saudi’s. Looks like he does have a price after all

Punk is a different person now to the one that left over a decade ago. He does a lot of work backstage in helping/developing talent has become respected in the locker room happy for the bloke.

I gave up wrestling at the end of the Attitude Era, when all the WCW clowns started jumping ship. The likes of Benoit, Guerro, Booker T started showing up and I was gone.
I didn’t come back to WWE until about 10 years ago. I completely missed the CM Punk and Cena era, other than highlights every now and then. Just from the highlights, I couldn’t stand them especially Cena. It just looked like the WWE were trying to turn Punk, Cena, Orton and Lesnar into the new Austin, Rock, HHH and Foley, with far less talent.
Saying all that, I really had no allegiance to CM Punk until he returned. He has won me over. Cena has been a flog, as I expected. Orton is seriously overrated. Lesnar was having 2 matches a year which went for 3 mins.
Punk has actually adapted to what Wrestling has become. Orton and Cena are still going off catch phrases and poses.
WWE has gotten worse by the day since Cena has returned. It’s been a shambles.
wrestling has always been carny as fk. at this stage of life expecting any different is a bum move
