He has to have a match against Miz would even make him win Money in The bank would be funny seeing Danhausen backstage with the briefcase and he curses anyone who tries to take it off him
All the effort to built Vaquer/Liv and we get that… the rest was as TV standard as expected, especially once we knew Drew and Jacob were going on espn. The WWE are on a baaad trajectory.
I have not followed wwe for years. Suddenly, my 3 year old son loves it, watches religiously so now i am invested. Loves jey uso, i generally have a new bruise weekly from a uso splash once a week
Weird night 1
Anything involving YEET is always going to be good. Speed going off the top onto logan was iconic.
Gunt v rollins was great, deserved a clean finish. I dont understand what they are trying to do with gunt long term though
Stef v liv was terrible.
Rhodes v randy good. I thought orton would win though since turning heel
The bloodline has been teasing for a while, but my gut says the uso’s turn on roman tomorrow and punk retains.
i remember not seeing wm 2000 until i rented it from a video shop about nine months after the show happened because my family didn’t have austar, and even if we did i couldn’t afford the $40ish it would have cost to watch the ppv
today i’m watching it live for free through legitimate means
Fascinating what you can do when you’ve got 4 months to build a decent story, and 30 minute match to tell a story.
This 90% of the whole Wrestlemania card was put together a month ago. Not only are these wrestlers trying to build a feud in 2-3 weeks, they’ve also got 5-10 minutes in the ring.
WWE have got it in their heads, that people are paying $1000+ a ticket to see Entrances.
It is honestly a joke.
Punk and Reigns match was easily the best match of the whole PPV. For good reason.
ESPN arguably got the best hour (Brock retired by Oba, fun-even-if-inconsequential ladder match). The energy was very different to the other however-many hours.
Blow-off (?) matches continue to be determined by run-ins rather than the contest of the named participants.
I still can’t believe their hype videos had Reigns speaking out about old and part-time wrestlers taking over.
EDIT: Apparently Reigns has since said he will be full-time (at least for a while).
