Track Off - Vs versus Vitalogy

I don’t expect people to be as engaged with this as the previous one, (my audience is becoming more selective) but I like it.
Consecutive albums again.

I am removing Pry, To and Mop to balance the tracks and because FYTW.
Do your own.

Again like choosing a favourite child - the groove on the vinyl on both of these records has worn.

This is a really great concept Wim.

Would be interesting to do albums from different bands, too. EG. Evil Empire V Ænima

Happy for others to steal the format.
Be nice and wait til the current one is done, though.

Vitalogy is just about my ‘go to’ all time favourite album. Interesting to see how I actually vote track by track.

Think Go will win this but great to see Last Exit get some early votes.

As I said in my messed up deleted post, I am perturbed.
I genuinely thought Vitalogy was clearly the better album, but woah…

Of course.

This could be the new DJ King

My first Vitalogy vote. I’m shocked to even be sitting here.

  • Nothingman

Both absolutely fantastic albums, i would probably say Vs, 10 and vitalogy in that order.
I love 10 but i have always loved the fact that they went 1 better with Vs which is pretty hard to do with the amount of great tracks 10 has.

Fun fact: Vitalogy was one of the first two CDs I purchased with my own dollarydoos.

The other was “The Bomb” by Bucketheads.

Yes. I know.

Harder than it should have been. Dissident is intense and underrated.

Nothingman gets the nod from me because it was the first time I ever sang publicly.

yeah this one was the first choice i hesitated on

nothingman. just. fk.

-edit- if not for that minute and a bit of fkng around at the end of not for you that’d be a tough choice as well

So different, each great.

Whipping sits better in its home album, that’s all I got for splitting these.

Edit: and that fkn drumline
