Fun fact: Josh Rotham won the grand final sprint back in 2021

You missed Tim Membrey and Finn McGuiness

Sam Edmund reported Saints have interest in Lav yesterday

No thank you, too old & contracted for my liking. Would rather target some youngsters with potential upside on the cheap, in positions where we lack depth.

Sydney being interested in McGuiness too, makes me think it might be an ok move.
We do need better kicks though and midfield hardly area of need,

Prior at half back depth
Stone half forward depth
both offer options that could be best 22 and enough talent to potential stay on list longer term.
I wouldnt want to pay a future second for stone. High pick, but hardly kicked on. maybe future third. And hopefully Prior as a DFA. or a useless pick like 99.

So none today?

You donm’t know that! First we need to assess how many elite draft picks there will be, then finish one spot outside of that ok

Most likely a ■■■■ take by the Tiges. Otherwise Prestia is likely to do a hammy just walking to the starting blocks.

Like when saints fans were laughing their brains out at our gresham move

The grand final sprint would be more interesting if it was just TAC kids about to be drafted.

It would probably be more interesting if it was all the Number #1 guernsey players.

Not sure those who have never seen Konstanty play should be advocating for him.

Swans are on the verge of delisting a player they picked up 2 years ago for a high pick. Why? Because he is a very, very limited player. Has no real speed or dynamic part of his crumb, isn’t a crumber and has very little impact. He plays more like a leading general fwd than a small.

Konstanty isn’t likely to leave for more opportunity, he is leaving for a lifeline. The idea that he would improve our fortunes is weird.

I think you’re viewing it from too narrow a perspective.

As a delisted free agent, why not give Konstanty a crack? Either do that or pick up pick 40 in the rookie draft

Have you seen our small forwards???

It wasn’t genuinely the word though, I don’t think.

Unfortunate, I thought this might be a good deal for all.
