By trading players of some value.

So are some of these Richmond players.

Yeah there’s not a lot of quality on that list but the higher the draft pick we receive the higher chance of picking up someone decent.
In the 2019 draft for example
Pick 37 Coleman (academy)
Pick 38 Nick Bryan
Pick 39 Chad Warner
Hopefully we could jag a Chad Warner type with this pick.

Wonder if fans from other clubs ā– ā– ā– ā– ā–  and whinge as much as us about having players on longer term contracts.

Look at Max King signed for 6 with an extra 2 on top fans going to have accpet clubs signing players on long term deals will be the norm.

yeah I agree it looks like we are staying firmly in the middle at this stage . publically at least anyway .
at least we are not leaking as bad as normal. hard to know how this stuff about undesirables came out and it it was tactical or not. that may well have leaked from the AFL

Why?

Gettable saying we might look to trade our F2 for Fark Carlton’s 34.

They have the same competiveness like Merret also have leadership qualties

Id ask for Walsh and Curnow in exchange for F2. If they dont like it, fark carlton can fark off

OK, just give us an SSP pick.

Risky game we’re playing if true.
We could easily drop to 15th next year.

I don’t like it.

Jacobs and Rhino went ok.
Cransberg was played well when he went solo.

Bad move for mine, better to pay some of their contracts to get a better pick.

Thats a great idea! Do it!
