I agree, I’m definitely not a fan of our team selection this year, I’d much rather a greater focus on youth, but the same point still applies in my view. Winning culture is what we need so we don’t tank or want to lose, even for a significantly better draft hand

We are though, 23 off the list in three years probably more with setterfield weid and lav either gone this year or next.
The problem is it hasn’t been a complete bottom out to the bottom of the ladder rebuild so that limits the talent we have and are tying to bring in

No one really wants the players we put up at the conditions the players want
We put up the wrong players. and/or we are not a destination club.
We might need to subsidise their salary to get the points we need.
