Trade talk - from October 2024

The Pies seem neck deep in this one.

Doesn’t bother Pies using a first for Houston.

Clubs put too much value on draft picks imo you know what you are going to get with Houston an AA quality hbf the player they pick with their first could be a dud

Neal-Bullen traded to Crows for pick 28.

Good trade for both clubs

I think it’s unders tbh.

Premiership player, yes, but is he actually that good? Not sure I’d want EFC to part with pick 28 for a 28yr old Neal-Bullen.

He’s a top line player in the position he plays, at a peak age with plenty of good football left.
He also plays every week.

Easily worth a pick in the Top 12.

Darling done for 67

Cumming
Neal-Bullen
Peatling
Draper & Welsh in the draft

Very good from the Crows.

Collingwood’s age demographic is NOW. They can’t wait for draftees to mature. Makes sense they go for Houston for a tilt in the next 2 years. After that will be a rebuild around N Daicos.

He’s a back flanker, definitely not worth a pick int he top 12.

Would 21 for Stringer, Shiel and a future 4th too much to ask for?

Gee, Essendon comes late to a party and they’re shown the door. Pies gate crash 2 in the 1 night and they’re met with open arms. Port is super desperate for picks. You wouldn’t think 13 and a swap of later picks gets the job done for a dual All Australian? Depends how desperate they are I guess

Hi Anyone,
I missed hearing Rosa, anyone know if there is a link to his interview?

Yes

Could say the same about Stringer this year  Played every game.
Happy for a later first round pick or in the 20’s

Champion - thanks Mate
