Could we trun Oskar Bakers headā€¦Dogs salary cap must be tighter than ours, we can delist Prior and have a decent wingman, and someone who can win a contested ball and kick a goal. 27 years old so a few years left. will cost nothing as a free agent. but probably loves the dogs and they are closer to success.

Donā€™t confuse me with my co Houli Dooley (spelling) on this please. Heā€™s the Houli among us who wants to re draft Marty Gleeson out of the Ammos and get Cyril Rioli in to correct the David Myers draft and plonk a cooked Ollie Wines in.

We should just give Cyril Rioli a talent Scouting Job in Tiwi.
Getting Cyril in some role in the club may help fix whatever curse has been inflicted upon us.
Had Hird not injured Riloi in that club training session, we may have drafted him not David Myers.

Giving Martin Gleeson 3 games as sub could have been more beneficial than 4 games to Oskar Smartt. we had MSD 4 spots. Could have got Gleeson to 100.

If we have 2 picks this year in MSDā€¦Dylan Shiel 99 games, us looking at a wooden spoon, almost worth picking him, and rolling him off the bench for 1 match. :stuck_out_tongue:

Even the other suitors for Walter are at the moment, North Melbourne, Collingwood, and West Coast who would all look like better spots than Essendon at the moment.

Im sure every FA we look to attract will be asking what is happening with Merrett anyways. We need to figure out what we are doing and get our act together (hard ask I know), and focus on developing our youth so we have something else to show for come next seasonā€™s FA.

I think itā€™s more Gold Coast are looking to see what happens with King.

But also selective reading there, as there are other suitors for Walter more attractive than Essendon
