Big Joe, Bellchambers, Ambrose forward setup looked the ducks nuts.
Lots of friendly ■■■■-stirring / loud florid language from Beachcomber in between shouts of "Lllllllooooyyyyddddyyyy".
Myers spent entire session doing kick to kick with Alessio on the 'other' Oval. Then ran some laps only.
Bagger recovering well from hand-injury now doing some ball work.
Bagger & Demps doing lots of laps.
Both looked massive across the chest/shoulders.
Demps may still be working off a 'happy off-season'.
Really taken by the look & movement of our new ruckman.
Surprisingly sleeker & less lumbering than I recall him being at GWS.
Moved really well.
Other highlights include Dyson, Coondog, Chappy, Zerrett all looked super sharp.
