Pretty light day today. Some light kicking and handballing before a drill trying to play keepings off with kicks (low intensity, but most targets were hit. Zerk moved really well in terms of positioning. Begley got through well.
A higher intensity exercise involved trying to keep the ball inside 50. McKenna got the ball and blitzed out of the backline.
Then goalkicking, mostly pretty good (especially from Big Clarke). Blokes trying to pull goals out of their clacker in the pocket.
Rehab oval included Redman, who seemed to really step up his running today. Coming along nicely.
Think the match sim will come tomorrow, Thursday and Saturday.
