Match practice day. Looks like a few just nursing minor injuries. Stringer, McGrath, Eyre, Reid, Jones, Hurley and Cox on lighter duties today. Zerk not here. Langford has a strapped shoulder after hurting it Monday but training so far. Looks a little in discomfort.

Why do people seem surprised that match simulation towards the end of the preseason carries a higher risk of injury than the running and basic drills that they do towards the beginning of preseason?
But OMG typical Essington. If only we were like the 17 other clubs that never get injuries.

Good competitive first Qtr in the practice match. Parish dominating again with 2 goals. Clarke had a good start to help his case for a list spot. Cutler also having some nice moments. Caldwell and Shiel impressive
