Firstly Archie Perkins. he was in everything in the drills very clean with his hands, showed composure to select the right option when under pressure, stood up well in a couple of tackles but still got the ball out to a teammate, and hit up several beautiful passes to leading forwards. he also showed great pace both attacking the ball and running to position where he seemed to just glide across the surface. He also has a good size and ready made build. I also spent a bit of time watching him in a tackling drill where they had to manoeuvre and then attack a trainer holding a large bag. He seemed to tackle harder and with more ferocity than anyone else. Iām calling it now, lock him in for round 1.
seems Iām the only one on here excited by this newsā¦

Add Cox to that list
and
expect Draper to further improve to the point where he is super aggressive and our spiritual leader

Love your work mate, thanks again for the report!
Hopefully the club uploads some training footage for the fans - everyone loves seeing that sort of stuff, especially with so many talented youngsters out there together.

I personally think Merrett has been sensational in the last two sessions i have seen. Looks very fit, focused and sharp. I would have $20 on him for B&F 2021

I am still a bit cautious on Perkins and will wait for full contact ground match simulation to get a better guide. His skills today were very good saying that.

Too early to know as i have not seen any clearance drills with him yet. He actually looks quite nervous in his body language still but that will be fixed quickly
