Especially since Nackers failed to mention Redman! To be fair, he had a lot of new dead and dying players to remember.

That may just mean that the round 2 team is a bit different to the round 3 team, maybe not a bad thing if we actually rest the sore players and not play them injured

Think we will find greater rotation of players week to week.
And also itās prob why there was a want for shorter games & extras on bench.

About 0.5% of blitz posts are really good and a large chunk are quality training reports like this one. The hard yards.

I am glad they are persisting with this. Its fine to have centre clearance specialists who drift forward. Who says a āmidfielderā is the only player who is allowed to compete for the ball at the centre bounce? Besides, I suspect that giving him a chance as a mid was part of the deal when we got him to the club.

Oh yes I missed writing down Redman! I was looking at the list of players on the EFC site and went passed the group from 26-30, because Zerk wasnāt at training either. Redman was on the sidelines and walked a couple of laps of the oval before training with Fanta and Hurley.

I must say Iām a little impatient.
Soreness after one or two light contact sessions? Heaven help us on a 6day break after a full game.
15 players (excluding the 2 Irish boys) either missed or had truncated training today. 1/3 of the list!
Still no proper match practice, I guess because we donāt have enough players available for a full contact, full ground session.
Itās a week and a half to a proper full on game!
