Spirits very high here and everyone seems to be getting around Shiel.
Clarke Laverde brown Ambrose were doing sprints on the second oval.
Seems to be a lot of focus on contested handballs and 1-1 marking with Langford getting the chocolates early against Zerk. Clark has beefed up during the off season. Gleeson walking about gingerly.

New recruit Dea is putting in a solid training session. Draper has joined the main training group. Raz, Hep and McNiece training separately on the second ground but appear to be moving freely.

In Mosquito’s first day vid Clarke had his shirt off and looked absolutely cut. He’s clearly working his ■■■ off.

Players have been split into two groups. On the second oval Rutten is running a drill focusing on zoning/defensive forward pressure. Hep has joined back in.

Belly was out doing warm ups early but then disappeared back into the hanger. Smack is absent.
Full ground drill currently on the main oval with half the group. Shiel and Guelfi are looking very impressive hitting up targets in the forward line and kicking goals all be it with little pressure.
