How about since he wiped his blood on McGrath’s face, McGrath gets to wipe a bodily fluid of his choice on Xerri’s face.
He would probably choose a wet wipe. We wouldn’t want to upset another another team or player

As someone who has been assaulted via other peoples bodily fluids - he should 100% press charges irrespective of what the tribunal does.
It is biological assault and Pidge is looking at 4 months of blood tests to ensure piece of mind from transmission of disease.

Ump must have had a long blink…
Xerri had complained to an umpire about a bloodied nose before kicking a goal and clashing physically with McGrath
… and had a very short memory, and had a belief that Xerri was lying to him to get himself sent off the field.

Has to be at least 4 surely. If I was making the decision it would be 6+.
and I’d be of the same view if an Essendon player was the perpetrator.

Is he running a “good guy” defense as well?
His outside chance of reaching 100 games this year will be shattered if he is suspended!
I don’t really care if it’s none or ten, but I think publicity conscious AFL will give him at least four and probably more.
