Well, that’s the end of Call My Agent (Dix Pour Cent) about the Parisian talent agency, with the final episode starring Jean Reno who was threatening to end his career. I’m going to miss Andréa, Mathias, Camille, Hervé, Noémie Gabriel, Sofia and Arlette and Jean Gabin.
It does make you realise that one of the greatest heroes of WW2 was the German general who defied Hitler and refused to destroy Paris’s great landmarks when they vacated the city.
And Jean Reno did continue his career in the Mexican series, Quién Mató a Sara?
Now to find more series…my sister put me onto the enjoyable NZ series, Brokenwood Mysteries, the Kiwi Midsomer…and now started The Holiday (Foxtel) with Jill Halfpenny set on Malta.
And started the series on SBS…You Shall Not Lie (Todos Mienten) about a teenage student sleeping with his married teacher and putting it on the web. Stars Irene Arcos who starred as the “other woman” in The Pier on SBS.

It’s a bit of a banal soapie ■■■ sit com but I’m enjoying watching the Orville.
Scratches my Star Trek itch. Seth McFarlanes humour is a bit hit n miss but I love endless space exploration.
