I like the way councils make money to help pay for their staff. First they get you to put all your green waste into a green bin they charge you for, then they charge you to pick it up each fortnight, then they sell it off to create compost which you then buy in bags to put on your garden. Just send the green lid bin back to the council, put the leaves into a compost bin and save us from all those greenhouse gas generating trucks
