Too much methane?
Probably more than one person critical about that situation.
Thatâd be milking it.
I read somewhere that it was most likely a buildup of airborne powdered milk residue, apparently that can go up in the same way that airborne flour or dust in a grain silo can.
I donât think there are any states which have introduced such laws?
At the moment, several States have laws , or proposed laws , that are aimed at prosecuting people or organisations who help someone else obtain an interstate abortion. Itâs not yet tested in court whether anything can be prosecuted across state lines. There is currently an injunction on Texas prosecutors, for example, preventing them from going after pro-abortion organisations for organising and funding cross-state abortion procedures.
Theyâll keep pushing the boundaries of their legislated power. Whether the Constitution would allow it seems open to debate.
The big question is whether the current corrupt SCOTUS will allow it.
Idaho.
(Yes, of course they did)
Wasnât Idahoâs law a prohibition on persons taking a minor interstate for an abortion without the consent of that minorâs parents?
I doubt banning interstate travel for abortion is constitutional. Thatâs not to say that a derp red state wonât try it on at some point in the hope that no one successfully challenges but i think thatâs why those states have so far focussed on laws banning or limiting funding and assistance for such travel instead.
Yes that was my understanding too.
This was one of the responses in the replies. Never looked at it that way before, itâs spot on.
Statesman.
The real questions raised by Clarence Thomasâs latest scandal
If the Supreme court is NOT partisan:
- How else could a federal judge feel free to substitute his judgment for that of the Food and Drug Administration and ban a trusted abortion drug?
- Why else would the political parties spend millions of dollars to contest a swing seat on the Wisconsin Supreme Court?
- What else can the public infer from the disregard for precedent of Chief Justice Robertsâs court?
Not good for democracy if Fox settles with a payout and a no fault record.
They are going to be whacked even bigger with the Smartmatic voting machine case.
