Under World Trade rules, the designation of the origin of a product , like Made in the USA, would apply to the country of last substantial transformation. It could include 100% foreign materials ( possibly all from Chyna, but not specified on the label).
You might notice some Australian labels, which state the percentage of components made in Australia and from foreign sources. Some with close to 90% foreign components are still eligible for the Made in Australia label. A lot of our frozen foods come from imported product, like pineapples and mangoes.

McMaster recounts his first meeting with Trump. Trump asked him his salary for that position. McMaster said he didnât know, the salary went straight into his account.
Trump was amazed, reportedly couldnât relate to a person who was a salaried employee of the State. He preferred to have private sector entrepreneurs in his Cabinet. However, the choice was difficult when the position required someone with military or security skills or someone with a background in international relations at the intergovernmental level.
