Total and Complete Ukrainian victory
Again.
You are not a serious person.
So they defeat the entire Russian military?
Theyâre doing a pretty good job of defeating themselves.
I have already explored that topic but that thread was shut down, Crazy
You bet. Keep tuned in and you will see it happen.
I seem to be taking the war, and the costs, alot more seriously.
As mentioned, its not a cheerleader event.
Win at all costs - what cost are you truly prepared for?
NATO troops on ground?
World war 3?
Nuclear war?
Itâs easy to cheer on in an internet forum.
When the invader and their apologists are suing for peace, it gives you a pretty good idea of how well theyâre travelling.
How many men have they sacrificed per km?
Iâm not cheering.
I want the Russians to end their illegal occupation, stop sacrificing the lives of countless young men and destroying their own families and infrastructure.
And they can.
You should be on the side of them doing that, too.
Itâs FREAKING WEIRD that youâre goingâŚ.awwwww go onâŚgive it to them.
Quote me or stop making things up.
I have said they should negotiate an end to the war. Extreme idea, I know.
But that makes me a Russian agent so ⌠Shrugs
The negotiation to end the war is that the Russians go home and pay reparations.
What other negotiation could there possibly be?
The Brisbane Line?
Just Czechoslovakia? Or maybe Poland and Austria?
Iâm not even going to put forward options.
The starting point is a cease fire and entering negotiations.
When they retreat beyond original borders, sure.
Sure, there can be a ceasefire⌠doesnât change the fact that the end result of negotiations should be Russia retreats home, gives back all occupied land to Ukraine and pays reparations.
This war is being fought in all five domains. It is also the first true âcrowd-fundedâ war in history. I wonât go into details, but I have donated to Ukrainian causes. I have also advocated for more Australian support to Ukraine through the recent Senate committee review into Aid to Ukraine. Early on in the war I also wanted to start a Blitz campaign to crowdfund a light arms shipment to Ukraine through a third country but it wasnât in line with forum rules.
I never posted in that thread, but I couldnât find your opinion on it (I did notice some very intellectual data provided by you, so kudos there.)
You get what Iâm trying to say. Itâs a very, very fine line between posting about how horrible âindisciminate shelling of civilian areasâ and also supporting Israelâs âindisciminate shelling of civilian areasâ.
Neither side will want to look like they lost.
That outcome would need Ukraine to have a highly favorable hand, or to defeat the Russian military.
Both unlikely.
So again, we come back - at what cost to get that outcome.
@Nexta would you support NATO ground troops in Ukraine if need be?
You expect the rest to âput forward optionsâ but you feel that you donât need to.
Ever heard of The Treaty on Friendship, Cooperation, and Partnership from 1997:
The Treaty on Friendship, Cooperation, and Partnership between Ukraine and the Russian Federation was an agreement between Ukraine and Russia, signed in 1997, which fixed the principle of strategic partnership, the recognition of the inviolability of existing borders, and respect for territorial integrity and mutual commitment not to use its territory to harm the security of each other. The treaty prevents Ukraine and Russia from invading one anotherâs country respectively, and declaring war.
or
The Minsk Agreements of 2014
They both show how much Russia can be trusted to stick to any negotiated agreement.
What have you got to say about them?
This is a poor argument for sympathy for a self-made genocide.
lol. Neither side. The invaded country has a few more concerns than âlooking like they lostâ, no?
