I couldn’t find the stream for Box Hill vs Sydney this afternoon on either AFL.com or the AFL app.

(or go to AFL site then select the hamburger image top right and select VFL and it takes you to the VFL fixture and you select the game to watch)
Go to the fixture for the game, select the game you want to watch and then select the video for live or in the screen shot, the replay. The live sits in the same spot when it is on, usually just before the game starts.
For the app:
When you open the app at the top right are three dots. Press on that and it brings up a list, scroll down to VFL and select that. It will take you to the fixture and you then select the game you want to watch and not long before the game starts it will show a live option for you to select.
