Presumably almost all of the Richmond players (who played us last week, and embarrassingly lose to Gold Coast this week) will not be able to play next week.
If Collingwood had 10 or so senior players today, that score is a reasonable result for us.
Wind would have been a nightmare across the ground.
Just saw, too late, that Collingwood website had live coverage, (by posts) of this.

Ambrose and Heppell easily the best for us today. Ambrose beating Keefe (who I rate) on a few occasions and worked harder up the ground. Also got stuck into some pies which was nice...bit of fire in him. Was our biggest threat. Heppell was in everything and delivered well in hard conditions. More nuggety then his brother.
We were completely smashed in the ruck by Hudson/Q-Stick. Giving them 1st use constantly and their delivery forward was the key in a fairly balanced game. There was about 5 minutes where we continued to cough it up kicking out and they kept kicking goals - basically that was the game.
Raynor did well. Doucher good. Tippa did a few nice things but seemed to lack attention needs to watch the play more.
& Nothing on the EFC site.
We are getting there, but the Crims really lead the way with this sort of thing.

Cheers dsav! Man, Lil Hepp looks just like his bro. That’s him with the hair I take it.
Great pics davesavell.
I'm probably talkiing through my porthole here because I've only seen snippets of him on video but I hope they shove Tippa up forward this year so we can see what he can really do. Or whether it's all hype.
Is he really going to be a half back, I mean, really?? If it turns out he's magic up forward we can hide him at full back for the rest of the season
strapping tape is racist
Wow, you take the best photos ever, are you a professional?

Wouldn't consider myself a professional - perhaps one day.
There are some seriously good professional sports photographers around - takes a while to even contemplate the standard they achieve.
But thanks for the compliment, it's great to have people like what you do.
Dave.
Nice picks! No ink on anyone - surprised they are not in lace up jerseys.

59 is Sam Lowrie, not Lowire :p Mid from WA who missed out on the draft a couple of years back, which I was a bit surprised about at the time. Bit in the Hocking mould, needs to mature a little though - apparently going undrafted was a bit of a wakeup call for him.
No sign of Clothier in any of the VFL practise matches yet though. Wonder what the story is there.
Here come the Huckstepper...
